Despite an uptick in violence following Iraq elections in March, the U.S. military says it's on track with plans to reduce troop levels to 50,000 by the end of August. While some units get to go home, others, like the 1st Battalion, 41st Field Artillery, are being redeployed to areas where they can do the most good for their Iraqi partners.
