Europe's air traffic control agency said Friday that Libya has closed its airspace to all traffic. The move follows Thursday's vote by the U.N. Security Council to approve a no-fly zone over Libya and "all necessary measures" to protect civilians from attack by Gadhafi's forces. The United States, France and Britain are now discussing how to enforce the resolution.
