Navy Cmdr. Dave Koss said he is leaving the flight demonstration team after six F/A-18 Hornets flew below their specified altitude at a Virginia air show last weekend. The aircraft landed safely about three-fourths of the way through the performance without damage to the planes or injury to the pilots.
